This idea is based on the explanation that the talents, science and technology are the most positive and vital factors that have infinite creative power and tractive force and the main factors that enable the DPRK people to destroy hostile forces’ severe economic blockades and sanctions by ceaselessly expanding and consolidating independent development capabilities of the country.

In order to train the talents and develop science and technology, Kim Jong Un put forward a slogan Let Us Make a Leap Forward by Dint of Science and Guarantee the Future by Dint of Education! and set forth policies of effecting a revolution in education in a new era and making all the people to be well versed in science and technology.
