Affirming their efforts to adhere to independence, the President said that the revolution in each country is carried out by its own party and the party should assimilate only that which suits one’s tastes and reject that which does not, however good the experience of other parties may be.
The President continued that, even though someone offers a delicious biscuit, one should not take it if it does not suit one’s taste but take only that which suits one’s taste, adding that if a person eats food which disagrees with him he may suffer indigestion or other illness.
His were the truly popular words that made them aware of the necessity for and principles of maintaining independence in politics.
