One day in mid-January 2005 when he had a chance to have a talk with officials, Chairman Kim Jong Il told them that in his early years he wished that a second had been an hour as he wanted President Kim Il Sung to have rest even for a moment, but now he wished that a second had been an hour so that he could work more for the country and the people.
Saying that he saves time as much as possible and he is impatient for the time to pass, Kim Jong Il told them that, if a second could be an hour, he could have worked much more for the country and the people.
