That the people observe the laws means that all members of the society work and live as required by the laws with high political consciousness, thus thoroughly establishing the revolutionary law-abiding atmosphere throughout society.

Kim Jong Un gave a scientific explanation to the essence of the socialist legal affair. As a result, a path capable of intensifying the legal affair with the popular masses at the centre could be elucidated for the first time in the history of human laws.
