On September 14, 2022 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un advanced the idea of regarding the people-first principle as a standard and principle and applying it thoroughly in activities of the sector of legal affairs.

Regarding the people-first principle as a standard and principle in legal activities means that all issues arising in legal activities should be approached with demand and interests of the popular masses as the primary standard and on the basis of respect and love for them and should be solved by relying on them.

It is based on the idea that the popular masses are masters of the socialist legal activities.
