There is an unusual rise in temperature also in the DPRK this year due to El Niño.
But from a place we can hear the people laughing. It is Munsu Water Park situated on the bank of the Taedong River in Pyongyang.

Adults are happy, but children are happier than them to enjoy the park.
Munsu Water Park is a cultural recreation centre for the people that was completed in October 2013 thanks to the warm love of the respected Comrade
