Probably no other people in the world have heard of a story of “girl mother” in the DPRK, though they may have heard of the stories of excellent mothers.
But there is a “girl mother” in the DPRK, whom the world people have never heard of nor met.
The “girl mother” is Jang Jong Hwa who works at the Chollima District Public Catering Establishment in Nampho City.
At the age of 20, Jang decided to bring up seven orphans of her own accord and takes care of their life. She is too young to discharge her full duty as a mother taking care of not one or two but seven children.
That’s why the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, prior to having a photo session with the participants in the 2^nd National Conference of Exemplary Youth People of Virtue in the middle of May 2015, personally met Jang and praised highly her deed. Kim Jong Un said that the phrase “girl mother” could be created only in the DPRK, and such beautiful deed was inconceivable in other countries.
Kim Jong Un held up Jang, an ordinary girl in Kangson, as a model of good deed in the present times, the most respectable of all the young people of virtue that all the young people in the Republic ought to follow.
Kim Jong Il Youth Honour Prize, the highest honour prize of the youth in the DPRK, was awarded to Jang in praise of her beautiful deed.
At present Jang devotes her warm feelings and affection to bring up seven children into true pillars of the country, keeping the honour deep in her mind.
Jang, who is equipped with an excellent virtue and can be produced only among the DPRK young people educated and reared under the care of the Workers’ Party of Korea and in the most superior socialist system, is a beautiful flower brought out by the glorious Kim Jong Un’s era in the grand flower garden of love for human, love for future generation.
