The Juche idea regards a leader as a top brain of the popular masses.
It means that he is a top intellect of ideology and theory who analyzes and synthesizes the demand and will of the popular masses, creates a guiding ideology in correct reflection of them to illuminate the road ahead of their struggle for independence.
It also means that he is a leading center who puts forward scientific strategies and lines and wisely leads his Party and masses to their implementation.
Classics of Marxism-Leninism considered as leader the representatives of all political parties, their groups and a more or less fixed group occupying the responsible position in the working class party.
They considered leader as a concept of generally indicating the figures with the leading post in the social movements and this or that social collective. In other words, they did not explain comprehensively and perfectly that leader occupies absolute position as a top brain of the popular masses and a centre of unity and cohesion and plays decisive role as such.
