A memorial meeting, seminar on Chairman Kim Jong Il’s exploits, film show and photo and book exhibition were held in the DPRK embassy in Thailand under the auspices of the Thailand Memorial Committee on December 15, 2022, on the occasion of the 11^th anniversary of the Chairman’s demise.

Present there were over 20 members including those of political circle and those from the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand and Thailand-Korea Friendship Association.

They laid a basket of flowers before an art work depicting the Chairman in the embassy and paid tribute to him

They saw photos and books showing the Chairman’s exploits and saw a video, which was followed by a seminar.

At the seminar, speakers said… Memorial meetings were held on a worldwide scale and political events were held also in Thailand on the occasion of the 11^th anniversary of H.E. Kim Jong Il’s demise. H.E. Kim Jong Il passed away, but he will always live in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressives.

They said that the DPRK has the US, which boasts itself of being one and only superpower, under its control as it has the leadership of a great leader, the great Juche idea and the single-hearted unity firmly united behind the leader, adding that H.E. Kim Jong Il’s exploits are carried forward successfully by H.E. Kim Jong Un, President of State Affairs.
