Agricultural production is an important state affair on which the whole country should concentrate its efforts.

Solving food problem of the country is an important political issue that determines progress of socialism and an urgent task whose solution is desired by the people. It is necessary to do farming well. Only then, is it possible for them to keep their self-esteem and advance the revolution and construction at their own will.

The Workers’ Party of Korea considers it as a vital issue related to existence of the state and future of the revolution to solve the people’s food problem by radically increasing agricultural production and always directs primary efforts to the agricultural development.
