Celebrating the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK is an important occasion that proves validity and vitality of the Juche idea that elucidates the independent road ahead of the struggling people.
Dear delegates of the Juche idea study organizations,
The validity of the Juche idea finds their expressions in reflecting demand and aspirations of the working masses. Let us apprehend and incarnate the great Juche idea and apply it more widely—this, I think, is a slogan that should be held up by all countries struggling for complete independence.
We are well aware of that the Juche idea has it as the first mission to defend interests of the masses. The Juche idea today demonstrates its validity more vividly when comparing to the historical fact that the USSR or other countries collapsed as they neglected the independent idea and national characters.
We say that the Juche idea is an idea that demonstrates its vitality to the world and an idea that defends interests of the masses. Evident proof of this is proud realities of socialist Korea today.
Today the DPRK makes a surprising leap forward in science and technology while frustrating vicious and mean, anti-popular and anti-national maneuvers of hostile forces. Such brilliant realities of socialist Korea are not so surprising ones for us. Through socialist Korea’s realities witnessed by the world, we can fully recognize that

That is why this seminar serves as an occasion that enables us to strengthen the friendly relations and further develop the cooperative relations between our two countries.
Greeting the founding anniversary of the DPRK, we reassert that we are on your side, and we call upon all progressive countries and the Juche idea study organizations over the world to decisively break down the imperialist forces by further strengthening and developing friendly and cooperative relations between them.
We should always look back upon the long history that we made together, the time when we registered successes together and the period when we were in difficulties.
We should aspire to the future with the spirit of cooperation and mutual respect while frustrating all hostile challenges.
Struggle for dignity and sustained development of human requires us to join all our efforts. All countries and organizations should struggle with it as their aim.
