The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was elected as the head of the Workers’ Party of Korea reflecting the unanimous desire of the entire people at the Fourth Conference of the WPK held in Pyongyang, the DPRK on April 11, 2012.
Having Kim Jong Un at the high post of the WPK was the biggest fortune and glory of the DPRK people and an auspicious event that provided a guarantee for the strengthening and development of the Party and for fresh victory in the revolutionary cause of Juche.
Recalling the stirring days that they had Kim Jong Un at the high post of the revolution and shared sweets and bitters, the DPRK people deeply recognized that he is, indeed, a distinguished leader of the Juche revolution and that the dignity and honour, the eternal prosperity and rosy future of the Republic hinge on remaining true to his ideas and leadership.
The Eighth Congress of the WPK elected the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un the General Secretary of the Party out of the unanimous will and desire of the Korean people.
It becomes a great political event in dynamically carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Juche along the road of victory that they have in high esteem again as the head of the WPK Kim Jong Un who performed immortal exploits, that will be recorded in the history, with prominent ideas, distinguished leadership and noble virtue.
