Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un gave the first guidance in 2018 to the State Academy of Sciences which took a big share in the development of the economy, science and technology of the country.
Looking around the Exhibition Hall where lots of scientific research data and articles were on display, the Supreme Leader highly appreciated by saying… Even under such difficult conditions that everything is lack and needed, our scientists make a big deal in developing economy of the country and improving living standard of the people.
The Supreme Leader said… One of the secrets, that the Korean revolution could be ever-victorious despite ordeals and difficulties and the strategic position of the Republic could be strengthened considerably, is that we have staked the independence and dignity of the country and nation and the destiny of socialism on science and technology and paid primary attention to the development of science and technology. The Supreme Leader gave programmatic teachings to be held fast to in the scientific and technological development of the country.
The Supreme Leader explained such issues as registering excellent successes and introducing them in practice in good time by choosing the right seed in scientific research and concentrating efforts to it, making everyone master of science and technology, performer of scientific and technological development by establishing the spirit of giving precedence to science and technology in the society.
The Supreme Leader’s historic visit to the State Academy of Sciences was a significant occasion that implanted in the minds of all the people his unchanged determination and will to hasten the building of a powerful socialist country with their own efforts and techniques by relying on science and technology.
