One January day in 2018 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the State Academy of Sciences.

Saying that a large contingent of the DPRK scientists and technicians assume an important duty in implementing the Party’s line of giving importance to science and technology, Kim Jong Un added that if science and technology is the first scouting front in defending the Party and the revolution and in advancing the Party’s cause, the scientists and technicians are the main force who implements the cause.

Kim Jong Un continued that the Juche idea and wise leadership of the Party plus intelligence and technology of its scientists and technicians enabled the DPRK to overcome all difficulties and do everything. He stressed that the Party firmly believes in and relies on the large contingent of scientists and technicians.
