Later he saw that a crack shot prize competition was organized to arouse competitiveness among artillerymen and increase the rank of crack shots. He also saw that diplomas, medals and badges were awarded to units and artillery men who would win in the competition.

The movement for becoming crack shots initiated and led by Kim Jong Un to perfect combat preparedness of the KPA is another mass movement that strongly trains its service personnel into invincible ones of courage.
