Chairman
One day in early February 1992, the Chairman told officials that the model law-abiding county movement, model sport county movement and other model county movements were being waged in the society and continued that waging a model county movement of unity between the army and people would be advisable.
Later one day in early March 1992, the Chairman acquainted himself with beautiful deeds of teaching staff and students of the then Masan Secondary School in Waudo District of Nampho City and the service personnel of the People’s Army who established the relations of “our military post-our school”, “our school-our military post” and were demonstrating beautiful traits of the arm-people unity and said that it was necessary to widely generalize their deeds and traits. Accordingly, model county movement of unity between the army and people and “our military post-our school”, “our school-our military post” movement were dynamically waged as the all-people movement in the DPRK.
