The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made a speech at groundbreaking ceremony for the fourth-stage project to build 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area on February 16, 2025. In the speech Kim Jong Un said that the revolution in construction is the essential prerequisite for the development strategy of the Workers’ Party of Korea for bringing about epochal changes in the DPRK, and the implementation of all important policies of the Party and the state is, without exception, accompanied by construction, regardless of sectors, units and regions.
Kim Jong Un also said that construction not only plays the role of a powerful weapon for steady advance and development of the state, but also exerts, as an ensemble of the national strength, a leading, powerful influence on the efforts to transform the economy, science, technology, culture and all other fields.
