In his speech made at groundbreaking ceremony of hospital and leisure complex in Kangdong County for Regional Development 20×10 Policy, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that the principal method the Party should employ in developing the regions in a comprehensive way is to help them build up their own self-sustaining capability in every way while providing state guidance and assistance to them.
Kim Jong Un also said that, in other words, the state should provide sufficient material and technical foundations and conditions to the regions so that they can stand on their own feet and, on this basis, let them build up their own forces and potentials strong enough to achieve steady and sustainable development.
