Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un attended the inauguration ceremony of the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea and made a programmatic speech on May 21, 2024.
In the speech, Kim Jong Un said that the most pressing and critical task at present, for the long-term development of the Party building and in implementing the Party’s programme of struggle is to make the cadres possess and improve loyalty to the Party, the revolution and the people as the three-point essential temperament.
The officials who are the leading personnel of the revolution should reliably carry forward the original ideals, faith, spirit and temperament cherished by the first-generation revolutionaries who accomplished the cause of Party building, and this is the most urgent task for succeeding the ruling history of the dignified and powerful Party spanning 80 years throughout the ages
Loyalty to the Party, the revolution and the people, as was displayed by the first-generation revolutionaries, is the three-point essential temperament to be possessed of by the officials to renovate their thinking and view, attitude and style of work as required by the new era.
It is Kim Jong Un’s noble intention that the WPK can further strengthen its dignity and position of a dignified and powerful party and a veteran and seasoned party and fulfill its mission and responsibility of a leadership political organization only when the officials possess and improve loyalty to the Party, the revolution and the people, as was displayed by the first-generation revolutionaries, as the three-point essential temperament.
