It is the WPK’s will that the people is essential to the very existence of the Party, the state, and everything on their land, and that the Party and the state should pluck up even a star from heaven and bring flowers into bloom even on a rock if it is desired by the people.
They should know what the people think and what they want, only then, can they do everything welcomed by the people and further cement the single-hearted unity of the Party and the masses of the people.
Simple is the voice of the people but it has the great truth and huge strength that can be compared with nothing.
