A foreign journalist once asked a nurse looking after babies whether she ever thought about the meaning of a baby’s cry when he visited the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital.
Looking at the nurse who is hesitated by an unexpected question, the journalist nodded his head as if he had known it and told her that the DPRK-born baby seemed to ask how much benefit it would receive.
He said that, while looking round many places during his visit to the DPRK, he saw its reality with his own eyes and came to know clearly that the people live under the big care of the country in their whole life as they were born in the DPRK where the people are genuine masters of the country, adding that they are happy ones, indeed.
