Work with the masses of the people is an essential issue for consolidating a mass foundation of the Workers’ Party of Korea and cementing the single-hearted unity and, at the same time, a vital one related to WPK’s existence.
In order to strengthen and develop the Party into an invincible revolutionary party, a powerful leadership political organization, it is necessary to continuously channel big efforts into the work with the masses, the mass foundation which the Party relies on.
Work with the masses is to revolutionize the broad masses so as to rally them closely behind the Party and give full play to their revolutionary enthusiasm and creative activity.
In the work with the masses, it is important for the Party to concentrate its efforts on winning and solidifying trust of the masses, keep giving ear to and sensitively respond the public sentiments and timely solve problems they urgently want and, attach importance to the work with young people.
