Juche

The chief editor in charge of politics of a British newspaper issued an article entitled “The Sun Shines Forever” in 1995. He wrote that H.E. President Kim Il Sung is not only a distinguished thinker and theoretician who authored the Juche idea but the one and only statesman in the political history of the world who worked miracles in human history by translating the idea into reality. He continued as follows.

The President applied the Juche idea to building an ideal society of mankind in the DPRK.

The President applied the principle of independence, self-sufficiency and self-reliant defence in the revolution and construction and rejected dogmatism and flunkeyism, solved all the problems by relying on the popular masses and in keeping with the specific conditions of the country and gave the fullest play to the popular masses’ self-consciousness and activeness by giving priority to the political work. In the long run, he built the people-centred unique socialist society, the most superior ideal society of mankind in the DPRK.
