On October 17, 2022 when he made a historic commemorative lecture before lecturers, staffs and students of the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un set forth the organizational building of the Party as one of the 5-point orientation of building the Party in the new era.
Organizational building of the Party is a work of strengthening the Party organizationally. In other words, it is to make the Party an organizational integrity, a body of united action in which the Party organizations and members are united firmly in an organizational way and move as one under the monolithic leadership of the leader.
Realizing organizational unity of the entire Party with the leader as a centre and establishing the revolutionary discipline of moving as one is a demand to build it into the Party of the leader and a guarantee of solidity and invincibility of the Party itself.
