Many of you still remember the fact that several years ago many people were deprived of their dwelling houses due to huge natural disaster caused by hurricane and heavy rain in different cities and counties in North Hamgyong Province, the DPRK.

When they were grasping the inflicted situation, members of the international bodies had a talk with an 11-year old girl.

“How are you going to make living in the future?”

The girl gave them reply without hesitation.

“Our Marshal will build a new dwelling house for me. I can have clothes, shoes and everything. I will join the People’s Army to defend our country.”

No one found any sign of fear, pessimism or disappointment from her.

What on earth does she believe in?

This was a common question of the members of international bodies.

What made her reply in such a sonorous and confident voice?

On June 6, 2012, the children who participated in the National Meeting of the Korean Children’s Union(KCU) suddenly saw Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Children are innocent. Even just before the beginning of the meeting, the children had not kept silent but laughed, made noise and run here and there worrying their teachers. No one had expected that the Supreme Leader would come to celebrate the children. No one imagined that the Supreme Leader would put on the same KCU red tie same as the children and make a congratulatory speech in a benevolent voice full of affection and tender feeling.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un said.

“When I see your dignified appearances and dear faces, I feel as if I am seeing your friends and teachers, your parents, brothers and sisters who saw you off on your journey to Pyongyang.”

When the Supreme Leader blessed bright future of rising generations, the children shed tears of gratitude.

The children’s tears of gratitude expressed to the Workers’ Party of Korea and the socialist country which are always concerned to make louder the song We Are the Happiest in the World, are associated in their favorite Mindulle(dandelion)-brand notebooks and Sonamu(pine)-brand schoolbags as well as in schoolchildren’s palaces and children’s camps built in excellent locations and scenic spots.

Tears of children reflect their sincere minds.

As the Supreme Leader is closely related with the DPRK’s children, the young girl kept still her dream and hope even in such a severe disaster.

Children are natural, and therefore, they not only express their delight and happiness but reveal their sorrow and even a little pain.

If they become adults, the DPRK’s children will recollect for good and all their childhood when they spent happy days with smile on their faces.

Thanks to the WPK and the socialist system that spare nothing for the rising generations, not only the children who suffered from severe disaster but also the children of those who committed crimes before the country still kept dream and hope and realize them more brilliantly as days go by. This is the true picture of the DPRK.
