Like many other countries in the world, the DPRK often suffers from typhoon and heavy rain.
The DPRK provides the people, who lost their houses and properties owing to typhoon and heavy rain, with quilts, blankets, clothes, utensils, TV sets, etc. and builds new dwellings in a little more than 2 months for them.
Not only those who were provided with modern dwellings equipped with daily necessaries but all other people of the country say that it is a miracle of turning misfortune into blessings.
In 2015 and 2016, ten thousand and several thousands of dwellings were provided to the people in the Rajin-Sonbong area and the northern part of the country which were hit by flood. In 2020, too, the DPRK is building dwellings for the people in several flood-stricken areas.
The people move with happiness into new houses in the DPRK as it has the Supreme Leader who makes selfless and devoted efforts for the good of the people.
