In such a crucial time as the present, the Party must be responsible for their living and have to get closer to them to share the pain with them and to relieve them of their sufferings.
His saying was permeated with love of the great father who always thinks about the people and takes warm care of the people undergone misfortune and disaster.
The Supreme Leader gave an instruction to use even reserve supplies of the chairman of the State Affairs Commission in order to send to the people in the flood-hit areas and took benevolent measures of providing them with medical supplies lest they should feel slight inconvenience in their living.
Looking around the several places in Taechong-ri, the Supreme Leader mapped out a bold plan to build model dwelling houses in the shortest period and gave the order to build one-household dwelling houses without considering the amount of building materials needed or the land-saving aspect as desired by the farmers. As a result, wonderful dwelling houses were completed in a little more than two months.
As they have the Supreme Leader who regards the pain of the people as the biggest pain of his, the Korean people neither become pessimistic nor depressed no matter what misfortune or disaster they may face. All Korean people turned out in campaign for recovery from damage full of confidence and optimism and make patriotic efforts in building of a powerful socialist country.
