One day in July 2018, Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un visited the Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory.
Seeing the whole of the factory, the Supreme Leader said that the Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory had given publicity in recent years. The Supreme Leader said that, through the TV introducing it and the people’s talk about it, it was clear that the factory made good business activities while producing quality goods in great numbers.
That day the Supreme Leader requested with earnest. He said that people were exacting judges and their judgment provided a key to constant and qualitative leap forward in producing goods. He also said that efforts should be put to grasping regularly the people’s needs and developing new goods capable of satisfying their needs, so that its goods could become the ones which people always love to use and the ones which render great services to the improvement of the people’s dietary life.
