    The song embodies the revolutionary philosophy, serving as lifeblood of the Korean revolution, that the love between the comrades is precisely the unity and that the more true and ardent the comradeship is, the more the single-minded unity is consolidated.

    The Korean revolution is a sacred cause that was pioneered and has emerged victorious by dint of comradeship.

    President Kim Il Sung started his revolutionary activities with gaining comrades, thus unfolding a new history of noble revolutionary comradeship.

    The tradition of the noble revolutionary comradeship created by the President was inherited comprehensively by Chairman Kim Jong Il.

    It was Kim Jong Il’s ideological creed that he exists as he has comrades and he would not exist if he had no comrades, and the absolute trust in comrade that I am precisely you and you are precisely I was his revolutionary view on comrade.

    As he possessed such ideological creed and view on comrade, he inspected the foremost military units calling with tender feeling that the People’s Army soldiers are his sons and daughters and visited wherever his people live to show them boundless affection and trust saying that he has to do as much as he can for the sake of the people who are the best in the world but it is pity that the time flows.

    The long journey of Songun revolution covered by Kim Jong Il was the journey of the great comradely love and devotion in which he made several thousand km-long night trip for the revolutionary comrades with ardent feeling and love.

    Song of Comradeship was always kept in the mind of Kim Jong Il who did not mind his all labours but continued his high-intensity forced march for the sake of the country and people.

    That Kim Jong Il loved Song of Comradeship so much was the expression of his iron faith and will to defend firmly the tradition of comradeship and the single-minded unity bequeathed by the President.

    Song of Comradeship that sings philosophically and profoundly the reverence and absolute trust in the leader and the love for the revolutionary comrades is the eternal theme song of the Korean revolution that represents the past, today and the future of the Korean revolution that was pioneered and is now advancing and winning victory by dint of comradeship.

    The noble tradition of the revolutionary comradeship that is a basis of the single-minded unity, mental power of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the driving force of the Korean revolution is being further consolidated thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

    Kim Jong Un is the incarnation of comradeship who is identical to the President and the Chairman.

    Song of Comradeship will be echoed forever in the sacred struggle led by The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
