    Human history does not witness so great saint like great leader President Kim Il Sung who has great quality and traits as a statesman in defending the independence of the popular masses.

    By applying the immortal Juche idea in the field of external affairs, he ushered in a new era, for the first time in human history, that is consistent with boundless trust for the people and noble human love.

    With the noble human love, he gave warm love and trust not only for our people but the progressive peoples over the world.

    Keeping close friendship with King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia, he treated him warmly with moral obligation in whatever situation. This is unprecedented in history.

    Since President Kim Il Sung met Prince Norodom Sihanouk in the 10^th anniversary of Bandung Conference in April, 1965, President Kim Il Sung constantly defended and encouraged his life full of trials, for about 30 years.

    President Kim Il Sung invited him to our country over 40 times and met him on over 390 occasions, giving him deep affection.

    One day, Sihanouk told President Kim Il Sung that he is sorry to give troubles, frequently visiting the DPRK. At this, President Kim Il Sung said it is nothing between friends and continued to say that as he mentioned before, some foreigners asked him why he frequently invites him to the DPRK.

    He added that he used to answer that he had had brotherly relations with the prince since he had ruled Cambodia, whenever such questions were raised. That is none of your business, saying that he would support the prince forever.

    He further said that they could not speak any more, then.

    He added that he keeps Juche stand in estimating people and invariably keeps moral obligation, whatever the others complain…

    The leader of a country keeps moral obligation invariably once he made good relations with people. This is unprecedented legend-like story. This is the epic of love only seen in the world of noble moral obligation of President Kim Il Sung who regards comradely love as the utmost foundation of a revolutionary and keeps it for his comrades anywhere they are.

    It is also like legend that in his lifetime President Kim Il Sung gave human love to a humble Indonesian student.

    In November, 1960 an Indonesian student came to socialist Korea for study.

    He came to the DPRK, refusing the advices that he would be sent to a developed capitalist country. That is because he could not suppress his admiration of socialist Korea, in addition to the advice of his father, the follower of socialism who asked him to study in a socialist country.

    With the honour of studying in the DPRK, he studied hard to learn Korean language first.

    One day he heard emotional news.

    Understanding his desire to study in Kim Chaek University of Technology, President Kim Il Sung saw to it that he could study in that university.

    This is unprecedented that a leader of a country gave love to a humble foreign student, paying deep attention to him.

    Being attracted to the traits of the leader, he has worked as a researcher in that university after graduation. But he had mental agony.

    Understanding this, President Kim Il Sung arranged his marriage in the place of his parents.

    Under the benevolent politics of the leader, he got married with a Korean woman amidst blessings of the people and lived in the house given by the state free of charge.

    He could have children in their happy family life.

    With deep attention to his family life, President Kim Il Sung saw to it that the children live freely without obsolescence because of foreigner father. He arranged that his 1^st son and daughter study in universities and work in the workplaces they liked.

    Therefore, their father wrote a book “Eternal Memory.”

    “I want shout that President Kim Il Sung is the great man who moves the world with love and lives with love immortally in human history.

    Indeed, President Kim Il Sung is my true father, great teacher and eternal saviour.”

    There are lots of stories of his high virtue.

    When Tito, the President of former Yugoslavia died, President Kim Il Sung visited Belgrade to condole his people and his bereaved family. And with high moral obligation, he encouraged, supported and deeply cared many foreign friends he met on the road of world revolution such as Samora Moises Marchel, the former President of Mozambique and Sam Nujoma, the former President of Namibia.

    Regarding Zhang Weihua, the martyr of China and Y. T. Novitchenko, the former officer of Soviet Army as the typical internationalist soldiers, he paid benevolent love to their families.

    His noble and great traits go down in history along with the memory of over 70,000 foreigners he had met.

    Fidel Castro Ruz, the former President of the State Council of Cuba emotionally said that he would never forget the fact that Comrade Kim Il Sung paid love and respect to the Cuban revolution and people and sent the absolute support to the efforts and will of the Cuban people.

    Daniel Ortega Saavedra, the President of Nicaragua said that he could not forget forever his meeting with Comrade Kim Il Sung in the DPRK and that the material and mental support, solidarity and aid he sent greatly contributed to victory of Sandinista Revolution.

    Gomes, the former President of Portugal said “President Kim Il Sung is the great saint who moves the world with human affection,” and Vishwanath, the former director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea said “The most beautiful and noblest love, the true affection of the affections—this is the special human aurora available only in President Kim Il Sung who has the human love on a highest phase.”

    The praise for President Kim Il Sung, the father of all people and peerlessly great saint will echo through along with centuries.
