The Chairman took a benevolent measure to send a special plane for the children who would yearn for the country with the beginning of the new school year at hand.

Not only the DPRK embassy officials and their families but those in the countries were moved much by the Chairman’s warm love for the rising generation when they knew that a special plane was sent to Africa far across continents and oceans.

Even when the special plane landed on a country for fuel on its way back to the DPRK, high-ranking officials of the country were very surprised at it because only four children took the special plane as “guests of honour”
