Chairman Kim Jong Il developed the Workers’ Party of Korea into an invincible one that has strong organizing ability and fighting capacity.

The Chairman channeled great efforts to applying leadership principle and method of Juche thoroughly in the Party activities during the whole period of leading the revolution to strengthen in every way the leadership role of the Party in all fields of the socialist construction.

The Chairman clarified that the Party work is, in essence, a work with the people and the Party’s leadership in the revolution and construction should be the guidance based on politics and established a well-arranged Party work system throughout the Party. The Chairman energetically led the Party organizations at different levels to become a political general staff of the related units and play the role of an active organizer and mobilizer in implementing the Party policies and all Party workers to be standard-bearers of the units.

Thanks to the leadership of the Chairman, the WPK developed into a powerful party that gives full rein to the people’s inexhaustible strength.

The WPK is now advancing vigorously the socialist construction with rich experiences, scientific strategy and tactics, remarkable organizing ability and fighting capacity.

Motive force to accelerate the advance and development of the revolution is not any mysterious strength but the mental strength and creative power of the DPRK people who are boundlessly loyal to the Party’s idea and leadership. Victorious advance of the DPRK’s socialist cause of Juche is guaranteed with sure as it has the great leadership of the Party and the people who uphold the slogan When the Party is determined, we can do anything!
