The DPRK people still now remember the banquet arranged for workers at the workers’ hostel of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill, newly built in 2014, in celebration of the May Day.

Looking round a dining hall of the hostel completed at the end of April that year, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that the dining hall was an excellent one better than a banquet hall or a wedding hall. Kim Jong Un showed benevolence for the workers saying that a big banquet should be given on the coming May Day.

That day, looking round the kitchen and the outdoor resting place, Kim Jong Un told officials again that a big banquet should be arranged for the workers on May Day and that he would prepare it.

Being told that he would prepare a banquet although he provided a new wonderful hostel for them, the officials were moved by his boundless love for the workers.

Thanks to the warm love of the peerlessly great man, a splendid banquet was arranged at the wonderful hostel, the workers’ palace, in celebration of May Day and the workers shed tears of happiness and gratitude.
