The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s report On the Tasks for Controlling the Current Emergency Anti-epidemic Situation and Building up the State Anti-epidemic Capability made at the 5th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea clarifies the main requirements of idea on the building up of the state anti-epidemic capability.
It is to hold fast to it as a strategic goal to develop advanced anti-epidemic capability equal to offensive control of threats and challenges of malignant epidemic and push it forward strenuously, and establish the regular state unified commanding, obedience and work systems to cope with epidemic crisis so that all state affairs are conducted smoothly even in an emergency situation.
It is also to enhance a sense of responsibility and role of Party organizations at all levels to make the officials and Party members be point-men, shock brigades and bullet-proof walls in anti-epidemic work, and tide over the anti-epidemic crisis through an all-people resistance by thoroughly relying on the masses of people
