After a while, he said that it is necessary to raise the wind of putting local industrial factories on a modern basis in all cities and counties and that it is the decision of the Party to modernize local industrial factories.
That day the Supreme Leader said that as it is imperative to strengthen companies for the building up of the People’s Army, so it is necessary to develop counties for the overall development of the whole country, adding that county is the outpost in the campaign to defend socialism.
The officials determined to faithfully uphold the lofty intention of the Supreme Leader that they should manage the economy of the county with their own efforts in accordance with its actual conditions, with high responsibility and awareness of defending the outpost of the campaign to defend the socialism.
