One day in September 2013 Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un inspected the defense detachment on Jangjae Islet.
Receiving the report of the commander of the defense detachment, he friendly asked if they were pleased with the newly built defense detachment on Jangjae Islet. Listening to the officer who said it was so excellent that he couldn’t describe it with any words, he smiled a bright smile.
Looking at the housing district which was built in a tidy, cozy and uniform way, he said as if it were a rest camp. He told to make the officers’ families move into the new houses as soon as possible to make them enjoy life to their hearts’ contents without envying anything in the world though he heard they waited to show it to the Supreme Commander.
On that unforgettable day the Supreme Leader was so pleased to say that the word the creation of new islet suits the islet more than the word the creation of new world.
The officials were deeply impressed by the Supreme Leader who inspected a military post on a remote islet in spite of rough seaway for the new history of creation of new islet.
Creation of new islet—this is the fruition which was born by the noble affection and warm devotion of the Supreme Leader who spares nothing for the service personnel.
