One day in January 2018, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un came to the reconstructed Pyongyang Teacher Training College.
Looking round different places of the college, Kim Jong Un told officials that duty of a teacher training college is more important than that of other teacher training institutions and success and failure in educating of kindergarten children and primary school pupils are decided by education in the teacher training college.
Kim Jong Un continued that one has bases for one’s world outlook and intellectual faculties in his primary schooldays and he is equipped with essentials of the world outlook and acquires universal basic knowledge of nature and society in his middle school days, and therefore it is imperative to train teachers in charge of primary and middle school education.
Saying that the Party attaches big importance to teacher training colleges, Kim Jong Un expressed his expectation that kindergarteners and teachers being trained by the colleges would be strong roots, rich compost for education of rising generation.
