Military education is an important undertaking related to prospect of the revolution and qualitative consolidation of the army.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un clarified principled issues of fundamentally improving the military education as required by the reality in which aspects of modern warfare are changed more than before and the enemy’s aggressive war methods get more vicious in the new century.

The principled issues for improving military education is to teach students practical knowledge useful in an actual battlefield on the basis of realities of their units and experiences achieved in recent wars and to make them deeply acquire and thoroughly apply the Juche-based military strategic and tactical idea and art of war created by Chairman Kim Jong Il. It is also to establish discipline and order to make everything concentrate on education and submit them to education in military educational organs as well as to build up the rank of lecturers and improve their level and qualification of educational practice.
