President Kim Il Sung gave officials precious teachings related to enactment of the Socialist Law on Property in January one year.
That day the President said that a socialist state should have the Socialist Law on Property and the like, so that it could defend legally and manage properly the precious wealth of the country and make them efficient.
The officials were in deep thoughts.
They were moved by the President’s high intention to enact the Socialist Law on Property and make all citizens become masters in administering socialist properties.
Saying that a proper discipline is not established in administering communal properties of the society as there is no Socialist Law on Property, the President taught that the basic principle of the Socialist Law on Property could be made by developing contents stipulated in the Socialist Constitution of the DPRK.
