Reflected in the slogan was the steadfast conviction and revolutionary optimism of the DPRK workers to brave through every hardship cheerfully and win a sure victory under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.
Afterwards it became a famous slogan that gives full play to mental strength of the DPRK people.
