Since a revolutionary party is a powerful political weapon in implementing the leader’s revolutionary cause and a guide in the people’s cause of independence, combining the leader’s monolithic leadership with the revolutionary mass line is the fundamental principle that a revolutionary party should adhered to in its leadership.
A party should not allow any slightest deviation from the fundamental principle, but realize the leader’s unified leadership thoroughly in the revolution and construction and combine it correctly with the revolutionary mass line.
