It was when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Cornstarch Factory on June 15, 2016.
Kim Jong Un said that, while looking round the factory, he was satisfied with that its technical team manufactured and installed equipment with their own efforts, thus holding a banner in the campaign to raise proportion of locally produced equipment. Kim Jong Un continued that the factory was a model and standard one whose proportion of locally produced equipment, the core of modernization, was over 95%.
