One December day in 2010, Chairman Kim Jong Il dropped in at the Cholsan Health Complex that was built in the Musan Mining Complex by its own forces.
Kim Jong Il was glad when he was told that the miners who performed feats in the socialist emulation drive had a good time by having a bath, haircut and meal at the health complex.
Looking round the health complex, Kim Jong Il expressed big satisfaction by saying that it is a wonderful welfare service centre which applies fully the Party’s requirement to consider workers’ health and living before production.
Saying that officials of the complex should pay special attention to the miners’ work and living as they work in the open-air even in winter days, Kim Jong Il earnestly asked them to provide them with better living conditions by concentrating ceaseless big efforts on supply service for them.
