    It was when the Fourth Conference of Cell Secretaries of the Workers’ Party of Korea was held with the attendance of The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

    He gave precious teachings for strengthening the functions and roles of the Party cells suiting to the requirements of the Party and the development of the revolution and told that the main core in the cell secretaries’ work is to encourage the people by doing the political work well to move the people’s heart.

    And he stressed that to move a person’s heart they should devote their hearts like the careful mothers who never spare anything for their children.

    This day, receiving the precious teachings of respected Kim Jong Un, the participants of the conference made firm decisions to be the real cadres who go among the people, sharing the destiny with them and devoting their hearts for them, true to his intention.
