On August 9, 2024 when he visited the flood-hit area of Uiju County, North Phyongan Province, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made clear the stand of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the DPRK government and consoled flood victims.
That day Kim Jong Un said that the people constitute the foundation and pillar of the Party and the state and starting point and focus of their all activities.
He also said that it is mode of existence and activity for the Party to stay closer to the people and share bitters with them when they are in difficulties.
