One April day in 2019 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Sinchang Fish Farm. Stressing the need to hold on fish farming as an important policy task, he pinpointed that scientific accuracy should be maintained before anything else in order to do fish farming well as planned and intended by the Party.

Noting that it is imperative to form a food chain in order to breed good kinds of fishes of high productivity in the natural environment, he taught in detail the methods of fish farming suited to the tastes of fishes according to species and natural, geographical and ecological environment of relevant regions.
