One January day in 2011 Chairman Kim Jong Il met the commanding officials of the People’s Army and stressed to continue to direct great efforts to strengthening the People’s Army to consummate the Juche revolutionary cause pioneered in the forest of Mt. Paektu.
Looking back upon the past, Kim Jong Il said that he had been to all the places wherever the servicemen were irrespective of the remote units in the mountains and islets in order to strengthen and develop the People’s Army and spared nothing to build up the military capabilities.
Kim Jong Il said that his was the life dedicated to the good of the servicemen.
