Soldiers’ View on the Future Highly Appreciated by Leader Kim Jong Il

Early in November 2010 leader Kim Jong Il gave on-the-spot guidance again to the construction site of Huichon Power Station.

The leader suggested going inside the completed surge tank that day. When he arrived at the underground structure, the leader praised again and again that the structure was wonderful and handsome and it was marvelous as if it were an underground palace. He also said that such an excellent tunnel could be found nowhere. Looking round the underground structure in detail, the leader arrived at the front yard of the surge tank and stopped walking before the words carved on the wall of the tunnel entrance.

It reads: Let us take responsibility for the safety of the project and guarantee its absolute quality for all eternity!

Reading the soldiers’ decision to support the precious assets of the country forever from the meaningful words, the leader said that it was a very good slogan that was pulsated with the noble view on the future of the Songun era’s soldiers who were willing to become a base for the future of the country.

Like this the leader highly praised the soldiers by expressing their patriotism as a base.

At that time one of the officials told the leader that he had learned much from the soldiers’ fighting spirit and working style while working with them.

Saying that he had done well, the leader stressed that the members of the society should follow the spirit of the People’s Army soldiers.

That day the leader praised highly the feats of the soldier-builders who had completed gigantic amount of work within a few months and said that it was a great miracle that could be created only by our soldiers.

He highly appreciated the soldier-builders again and again by calling them the eldest son of the Huichon front and the Huichon shock brigade.

His appreciation was his trust and love for the soldiers who are performing feats as the base of the country.
