At the end of July 2024 a flood unexpectedly hit Ojok-ri, Uiju County of North Phyongan Province. A man in the ri was quite at a loss as his wife’s childbirth was drawing near.

Seeing the advancing flood and his wife writhing in pain, he could not but abandon himself to despair.

At that moment, military helicopters sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un arrived at the flood-hit area, rescued the people and his wife gave birth to a son after a few hours.

Neighbours told him and his wife that the son could not be born unless Kim Jong Un sent the helicopters to rescue them. She said out of excitement that they would certainly include the letter “blessing” in the name of their son who came into being thanks to Kim Jong Un’s benevolent care.
