The first picture of each country’s New Year has different meaning. The DPRK’s 2025, begun with its people’s auspicious events and laughter, is very shocking for today’s planet which is dragged into a turbulence of uneasiness and hopelessness.

It is broadcast that the DPRK greeted day of peculiar and auspicious events one after another in January 2025. The world people look at it with surprise. It held ceremonies of inaugurating regional-industry factories on a grand scale. All people in the country are pleased to hear the news.

A ceremony was held last year to inaugurate regional-industry factories in Songchon County, and 2025 has been begun not only with inauguration ceremonies of regional-industry factories in 20 cities and counties including Jaeryong, Sukchon and Unpha counties, the first entities of the Regional Development 20x10 Policy, but with laughter the people made while looking at the firework display in the night sky.

The DPRK greeted the New Year with auspicious events from the beginning of the year. Then, how many happy events will wait for its people in one year?
